Return Policy
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. To begin the process, please contact our customer service team, who will assist you in arranging the return. This policy is subject to the following conditions:
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to each returned item and will be deducted from your refund.
Condition of Items: Only items in like-new condition are eligible for return. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilled holes, or any other modifications will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that, in our reasonable judgment, display unacceptable quality due to regular wear, misuse, or inadequate care.
Packaging Requirements: Please return items in their original packaging, which is specifically designed to prevent shipping damage. If original packaging is unavailable, secure the item with high-quality packaging materials to prevent damage in transit. Items returned without their original packaging will incur a $50 repackaging fee per item. We recommend photographing the items and packaging before returning them to document their condition.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
Items marked "Clearance" or "Final Sale"
Display items
Customized or personalized items
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the items carefully. Any quality issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for replacement and could incur additional fees.
Exchange Policy We do not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to return an item, please follow our standard return guidelines. Once processed, you may purchase a replacement item at your convenience.
Refund Details
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the return is received at our warehouse.
Refunds, minus the 20% restocking fee, are processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees and any additional service fees (e.g., White Glove delivery) are non-refundable.
If items are returned without original packaging, an additional $50 repackaging fee will apply.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. In some cases, refunds may only reflect on your next billing statement.
