We are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. All orders within the continental USA come with free shipping, unless otherwise specified for certain items. Please note that white glove service is not included in the shipping or purchase price of our items.

Our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit and are handled by professional third-party delivery carriers. We partner with multiple specialized delivery providers to offer the best possible service. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different delivery partners, each charged individually based on the warehouse location from which it is shipped.

Delivery times depend on product type, availability, and your location. You can check estimated delivery times on each product page, and if available, you may enter your zip code to confirm delivery options for your area. For areas not yet serviced, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.

Delivery Schedule Shipments are generally made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm, with limited Saturday delivery availability in select cities. If you’d like to request Saturday delivery, please contact us before your order is processed. Not all requests for Saturday delivery can be fulfilled.

Important: Preparing for Delivery It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all items will fit through doorways, staircases, and elevators in their original packaging. Product and packaging dimensions are provided on our website. Failed delivery attempts due to access issues may incur additional delivery fees.

Freight Forwarding While we can arrange for your order to be shipped to a freight forwarder, we cannot take responsibility for any issues that may occur once the shipment is in the forwarder’s hands.
